Little Animals With A Lot On Their Minds - Part Three

Little Animals With A Lot On Their Minds - Part Three

In 2016, I took on a project to create 30 miniature paintings in 30 days. I called this project, as you may have surmised from the title, "Little Animals With A Lot On Their Minds". Each one has a little backstory, and the title of each one itself is kind of a micro story... and speaking of stories, I turned them all into a book. Which has been long out of print, but! You can pick up a digital copy right here.

And now on to the final ten days of the project!

"Oh sure, when you make them, they're 'happy accidents'"

"I am a deeply superficial pug"

"They didn't call Deidre 'The Oncoming Storm' for nothing"

"But first, corgi"

"Sometimes at a crossroads I ask myself 'What would a normal person do?' And then I disregard that thing, because pretending to be normal never got me anywhere."

"When I'm not ruling the roost with an iron claw, I like to make mosaics"

"Ruby decided her best career choice was to be a part time unicorn"

"Emily: Queen of the couch and all its many cushions"

"Disenchanted with bunny celebrity, Elliott decides to start an artisanal organic heirloom carrot farm"

The title of this last one is SO long that it pretty much is the story. So I'm going to leave it a mystery here. You'll just have to read the book to find out. (No, it's not because I am too lazy to type it all out and I want to sell books. Of course not.)

And there you have it, the last chunk of the project.  If you'd like to read the whole thing, you can pick up a copy of my book here!
